We are a family owned business with our head office based in Ayrshire, Scotland. We started Milestone Developments in 2013 when we identified a need for good quality homes. Since then, Milestone has built over 300 new build homes.
Our homes are built to the highest standards of traditional craftsmanship while incorporating specification that’s way above the industry standard across every price range.
We choose exceptional locations, with great transport links and access to good schools and facilities.
We pride ourselves on the design of our homes ensuring they are spacious and efficient. We are an NHBC registered house builder and are passionate about our reputation.
It is this factor, along with our emphasis on value for money, that provides the foundations for our good reputation within the quality house building market.
